On Levio, users can make posts and comments on the Social Activity page. This encourages users to have discussions where they share their insights, opinions, and arguments. However, as users are free to write anything they want, a few people may create insensitive posts and comments that drive away other users.
To keep the discussions healthy and inclusive to all people, you can monitor and moderate user posts and comments on the admin panel. Continue reading to learn how.
1. See user posts and comments
Select Social Activity and then choose one of the available courses or missions. User posts in the mission or course will appear on the right side of the screen. To see user comments, click the
Comment button on a user post.
Note: Only courses that contain a Reflect or Community QnA lesson will appear in the list. Likewise, only Photo and Custom Form missions with the social feature turned on will be listed in it.
2. Delete user posts or comments
If you find posts or comments you deem inappropriate, you can delete them. Click thebutton on the right side of the post or comment and then select the
Delete Post or
Delete Comment option. It'll be removed from the Levio app and admin panel.
Note: Deleting users' posts and comments won't remove the EXPs they earn from receiving likes from other users.
