In Content Authoring Tool (CAT), you can add a YouTube, Microsoft Stream, or Google Drive video to your Watch lesson. Follow the steps below to learn how.
A. YouTube
1. Open a YouTube video
Open YouTube's website and select the video you want to open.
2. Copy the video's link
After opening the video, you'll find its link in the URL box. Copy the link by highlighting it and pressing the Ctrl + C buttons. You can also right-click the link and select the Copy option to copy it.
3. Paste the link into the designated box in CAT
Open CAT on Levio's admin panel and add a Watch lesson. On the right side of the window, you'll find a box where you enter the link. Paste it into the box and click the 
button to add the video to the lesson. Don't forget to add a title and description of the video.
B. Microsoft Stream
1. Open the Embed tab on the Microsoft Stream page
On your browser, open the Microsoft Stream page that contains the video you want to add to the Watch lesson (you may need to sign in to your Microsoft account before you can open the video page). After opening the video page, click the Share button located below the video. This will open a new window on the screen. On the new window, click the Embed tab.
2. Copy the video's link
On the Embed tab, you'll find the Copy embed code box which contains the link you need to copy. The link must start with "https" and end with "true" (see the example in the image above). Make sure the link doesn't contain quotation marks.
3. Paste the link into the designated box in CAT
Open CAT on Levio's admin panel and add a Watch lesson. On the right side of the window, you'll find a box where you enter the link. Paste it into the box and click the button to add the video to the lesson. Don't forget to add a title and description of the video.
B. Google Drive
1. Open the folder that contains your video
Open Google Drive's website and open the folder that contains your video.
2. Make sure anyone can see the video
Before you start, make sure the video is set to public so your users can watch it. To do so, right-click the video and select Share (Bagikan).
Click the Change (Ganti) link and then select Anyone with the link (Siapa saja yang memiliki link).
3. Open the video in a new window
Double-click the video to preview it and then click the 
button located at the top right of the screen. Select Open in new window (Buka di jendela baru) in the drop-down menu.
4. Copy the video's link
Click again the button located at the top right of the screen. Select the Embed item... (Sematkan item...) option to open the Embed Item menu.
The menu contains the link you need to copy. The link must start with "https" and end with "preview" (see the example in the image above). Also, make sure the link doesn't contain quotation marks.
5. Paste the link into the designated box in CAT
Open CAT on Levio's admin panel and add a Watch lesson. On the right side of the window, you'll find a box where you enter the link. Paste it into the box and click the button to add the video to the lesson. Don't forget to add a title and description of the video.
