Sign in to your account

If this is the first time you've opened Levio, there are several steps you need to do before you can sign in to your account on Levio. Read the following steps to do so or watch the video below.

1. Download Levio

Download and install Levio on your device if you haven't already done so. Search Levio on Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS devices).

2. Sign in to Levio

There are two ways to sign in to Levio:

● Sign in to your organization (via Invitation)

● Sign in to Levio Academy

A. Sign in to your organization (via Invitation)

If your organization invites you and creates a Levio account for you, you'll receive an email containing the following credentials: Organization Name, your registered email address, and Invitation Code. You need to enter these credentials to sign in to your account. If you didn't receive the email, please check the spam and junk folder in your email inbox. If you're still unable to find the email, contact the Levio administrators in your organization to resend the email.

After you open Levio, follow these steps to start signing in to Levio:

1. On the sign-in menu, tap the Yes, I am option
2. Enter the Organization Name
3. Enter the registered email address
4. Enter the Invitation Code

After following the previous steps, you have to create a password to protect your account. Make sure to create a strong password by including numbers, capital letters, and lower-case letters. When you're done, you'll open Levio's Home menu and then you can start studying. 

B. Sign in to Levio Academy

Levio Academy is a free educational program available for all users without having to be registered to specific organizations or companies. To enroll in this program, select No, I'm an individual user on the sign-in menu. On the next page, sign in to your Agate account or create an Agate account if you don't have one. After signing in to your Agate Account, you'll open Levio's Home page and you can start studying. 

What's next?
After signing in to your account, you'll open the Home page automatically. There are several things you can do on this page:

● Change your password
● Evolve your avatar
● View notifications
● Send feedback
● Send a report
