Exercise is a short educative activity in a Read lesson that will help you study the learning material in an enjoyable way. A Read lesson may contain the following Exercise types: Multiple Choice, Yes or No, CheckBox, Essay, Fill in the Blank, Drag & Drop, Multiple Choice Image, Slider, Scrabble, and Swipe. Read the following list to learn about the mechanic of these Exercise types.
1. Multiple Choice
A Multiple Choice is an Exercise consisting of a question and a set of choices. You can answer the question by selecting only the correct choice. Each question contains a minimum of two answers to a maximum of four answers.
2. Yes or No
Yes or No is a close-ended question answered by choosing one of the two available options.
3. CheckBox
A CheckBox is a multiple-choice question that can be answered by selecting one choice or more.
4. Fill in the blank
Fill in the Blank is an exercise completed by writing a short piece of text. The exercise may contain an open-ended or closed-ended question.
5. Essay
The mechanic in an Essay exercise is similar to Fill in the Blank, but you may put more than one answer. The exercise may contain an open-ended or closed-ended question.
6. Drag & Drop
Drag & Drop is an interactive exercise that tasks you to drag a card containing an answer into the right box.
7. Multiple Choice Image
In a Multiple Choice Image, you answer the question by swiping the screen to the right and to the left to choose one of the available images.
8. Swipe
A Swipe is an exercise carried out by swiping the answer to the right or the left.
9. Scramble
In a Scramble exercise, you answer the question by arranging jumbled words.
10. Slider
A Slider is a form of a rating scale that makes an evaluation based on the scores that you receive after answering a set of close-ended questions. You answer the question by dragging the slider button to the left or to the right to choose one of the five available answers.
