Redeem Levio Points and claim a gift

Completing missions will give you Levio Points that you can redeem for prizes offered by your organization. You may also receive Levio Points from claiming gifts sent to you by admin. To redeem Levio Points and claim gifts, open the Profile page by tapping the  button on the bottom right side of the screen and select the Reward tab.

Redeeming Levio Points

On the Reward tab, you'll find your Levio Points. Tap the  button to open the list of prizes available to redeem. Tap the prize you want and tap the  button. After redeeming the voucher, you need to contact the admin in your organization to pick up the prize in person.

Before picking up the prize, open the voucher receipt by tapping the  button and the voucher. After the admin verifying and giving the prize, you or the admin need to swipe the button on the receipt to finish the transaction.

Note: If the prizes are in the form of code (i.e. gift code), the code will be sent automatically to your email address.

Claiming gifts

Sometimes you may receive gifts containing Levio Points or EXPs from the admin in your organization. On the Reward tab on the Profile page, you can find your unclaimed gifts. Tap the  button to claim your gifts. Levio Points and EXPs that you claim will be added automatically to your account.
