Sometimes things don't work as intended and they'd understandably diminish your enjoyment when using Levio. We're actively developing Levio and we'd be grateful if you share the issues that you encounter.
To report the issue, open the sidebar menu on the Home page by tapping the button on the top left side of the screen and choose the Feedback & Report option. On the next page, choose a category where the issue belongs to and describe your issue, preferably in detail. If you have a screenshot or picture that can help you explain the issue, you can upload it by tapping the
button.
After sending the report, the Levio administrator in your organization may contact you to help resolve the issue. Both you and the administrator can write a message to each other. When the administrator determines that your issue is solved, they'd ask you to close the report by tapping the button. If your issue is still not resolved or you have more questions, click the No, I still Have Questions link to continue the conversation.
