To encourage users to spend more time learning and doing missions or to reward their hard work, you can send gifts containing EXPs or Levio Points to them. Follow the steps below to learn how.
1. Open the Gift Management page
To open the Gift Management page, select 
Reward Management -> 
Gift on the left side of the window. Click the 
button to continue.
2. Fill out the gift's details
On this page, choose the gift type and its amount. If you choose Points, make sure that you set the amount sensibly based on the value of the prizes (voucher) offered by your organization. You can also add a message to praise them or let them know why they receive the gift. Click the 
button to create and send the gift to the user.
