A voucher is a reward that can be redeemed with Levio Points for physical (i.e. plushy, jacket) and digital (i.e. gift codes) prizes offered by your organization. Read the following steps to create a voucher.
1. Open the Voucher Management page
To start creating a voucher, open the Voucher Management page by selecting Reward Management ->
Voucher on the left side of the window. Click the
button to continue.
2. Fill out the voucher's details
There are two types of voucher prizes: Digital and Physical. If you choose digital prizes, you need to add the codes, which will be sent automatically to users' email addresses when they redeem the voucher. If you choose physical prizes, users must contact you or other Levio administrators to receive the prizes— you either give it in person or send it using delivery services.
When creating a voucher, you must set the price of the voucher in the Price (in Points) box. Remember to enter the price sensibly based on the value of the prize. For example, set a lower price for low-value prizes (i.e. stickers, notebooks) and a higher price for high-value prizes (i.e. gift cards, jackets).
Note: When redeeming a voucher for physical prizes, users need to show the voucher receipt on Levio to the admin in charge of giving the prizes. After verifying the receipt and giving the prize, the admin needs to swipe the button on the receipt to finish the transaction. Click here to learn more.
3. Add voucher codes (for digital prizes)
If you choose digital as the voucher type, you have to add voucher codes, which may contain numbers and letters. Enter the code in the designated box (see image above) and click the + Add Voucher Code button if you want to add more codes.
If you don't want to add codes one by one, you can add multiple codes at a time by using the provided Excel file. Click the Download Template link to download the file. After opening the file, enter the codes in the designated column. When you're done adding the codes, click the button to upload the file. The codes will be uploaded and displayed in the Voucher Code section.
