Adding users one by one may take a lot of your time, especially if your organization has many employees. To streamline this process, you can write down the users' personal information in the provided template file and upload it to the admin panel. Read the steps or watch the video below to start importing users.
1. Open the Users page to start importing users
To open the Users page, select Settings, Account Management, and select Users on the left side of the window. Click the button to start importing users.
2. Download the Import Levio User template file
On the "Import from excel" page, click the Import Levio Users link to download the template file. After the file is downloaded, open the file using a spreadsheet program (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
3. List your users in the template
In the template file, write down the users' personal information, including their username, first name, last name, email, phone number, gender, and birth date.
4. Upload the template file
After listing your users in the template file, upload it to the admin panel on the "Import from excel" page. The users along with their personal information will appear on the page. Double-check the list to make sure all users have been listed. You can delete unwanted or duplicate users by clicking the button. After checking the list, click the button to create the user accounts.
