Before you can send a mission, you need to assign users to the mission first. Follow the steps or watch the video below to find out how.
1. Select the assignment type
Before you can assign users to a mission, you need to choose one of the following assignment types: Manual Assignment and Auto Assignment. In Manual Assignment, you must choose users manually, while in Auto Assignment, existing and new users will be assigned automatically.
2.1. Create a group (Manual Assignment)
If you choose Manual Assignment, you need to create a group that contains users assigned to the mission. Click the button to create a group, then click the
button to start adding users to the group.
Important: If you delete a mission group, users will lose all of their progress, and you can't review their submitted mission.
2.2. Select users (Manual Assignment)
Select users by clicking them from the Available Users list or remove users by clicking them from the Selected Users list. You can search users by their name or filter the list based on users' roles and their respective teams. If you're done adding users, click the button to assign the selected users to the mission.
2.3. Set the recurrence time (Manual Assignment)
After selecting users, you need to select the mission's recurrence time to determine how often the mission is sent to them over a particular period of time. There are four recurrence time options that you can choose from: Once, Daily, Weekly (7 days), or Monthly (30 days). After choosing the recurrence time, set the start and end dates of the mission by clicking the button or entering the date manually.
Note: When reviewing a user's mission, you cannot resend a mission with the "Daily", "Weekly", or "Monthly" recurrence time. You can only resend a mission with the "Once" recurrence time. Click here to learn more about reviewing a mission.
2.4. Create more groups or send the mission (Manual Assignment)
You can create more groups with different users if you wish by clicking the button. If you're done creating groups, click the
button to create and send the mission. Then users can start doing the mission on Levio.
Note: While you can't change the mission's type and assignees after sending it to users, you still can edit its name and description and create more groups.
3.1. Select roles (Auto Assignment)
If you choose Auto Assignment, you need to select roles that will receive the mission. When choosing the roles, make sure the mission is relevant to the selected roles.
3.2. Set the recurrence time (Auto Assignment)
Similar to Manual Assignment, you must set the mission's recurrence time to determine how often the mission is sent to them over a particular period of time. There are four recurrence time options that you can choose from: Once, Daily, Weekly (7 days), or Monthly (30 days).
After choosing the recurrence time, set the start and end dates of the mission by clicking the button or entering the date manually. When you're done selecting the recurrence time, click the
button to send the mission to users.
Note: When reviewing a user's mission, you cannot resend a mission with the "Daily", "Weekly", or "Monthly" recurrence time. You can only resend a mission with the "Once" recurrence time. Click here to learn more about reviewing a mission.
