Giving each user personalized feedback on their work isn't easy and may take a significant amount of time. Understanding this challenge, Levio streamlines this process to help you review their mission with ease. Read the steps below to find out how.
1. View the mission on the Mission Management page
To open the Mission Management page, select Content Management ->
Mission. Click the
button to view the mission.
2. Open the User Progress page
Select the User Progress tab to open a page containing a list of users assigned to the mission. You can see information related to their progress, including how long they spend their time on the mission, their total attempts in the mission, and their score if their mission has been reviewed.
If users have completed their mission, you can review it by clicking the button or give approval immediately by clicking the
button.
Note: If you send a Quiz mission, you don't need to review it. Users will receive the rewards automatically when they finish it.
3. Review a mission
On this page, you can review and score a user's mission. There are three responses that you can send to them: Approve, Reject, and Reject & Resend. Approving the mission will give rewards to users while rejecting it will void their eligibility to get the rewards. If you want users to revise and resubmit their mission, choose the "Reject & Resend" option and the mission will be sent again.
Note: The "Reject & Resend" option is only available for the "Once" recurrence time.
