If you've created many rewards for your users, it can be a challenge to monitor them all—from finding users who haven't claimed their gifts to checking the remaining stock of your vouchers. Fortunately, you can do so by using the Dashboard in the admin panel. Read this article to learn how.
A. See the overview of badges
Open the Rewards section in the Dashboard and then click the Badges tab. There you'll find information on the total badges you've created, the total badges claimed by your users, the most claimed badge, and a list of your badges.
From the information included in the dashboard, you can check the performance of your badges. If only a few of your users are able to claim them, you may need to evaluate the difficulty of the badges' objectives. Make sure that the objectives aren't too difficult that it discourages your users.
B. See the overview of vouchers
In the dashboard, open the Rewards section and then click the Vouchers tab to see its overview. It displays all information related to your vouchers, including the total vouchers that have been claimed by your users and the most claimed vouchers.
The section also contains a list of vouchers in your organization. You can find the number of users who've claimed the vouchers and their remaining stock. Be sure to check it regularly so your users always have vouchers they can redeem.
