Missions can help your users practice by applying skills and knowledge they've learned in the courses. To ensure they can get the most out of the practice, you need to evaluate missions' performance regularly. The Mission section in the Dashboard can help you with that. Read this article to learn more.
A. See your missions' performance
In the Missions section, you'll find a list of your active courses along with their progress information. The Users Completed (the number of users who've completed the missions) and Completion Rate can help you evaluate your missions.
If the numbers of Users Completed and Completion Rate are low, you need to find out why. Create a survey or ask your users directly to gather feedback. Then you can use the feedback to revise existing missions or to improve the quality of the next missions.
B. See the details of your missions' performance
You can get additional insights into the performance of your missions by opening their performance page. Click one of the missions in the list to open it. The page consists of the following sections: The mission's overview, Mission Submissions, Average Score Distribution, and User List.
Mission overview displays information related to the mission's general and progress information. You can find its Mission Type, Recurrence Type, the source of the mission (Triggered by), Completion Rate, Average Time, and Average Score.
Mission Submissions shows the number of missions submitted by your users in the past 7 days. It's visualized with a graph to make it easier for you to analyze the data. Remember to check it regularly since the graph is updated daily.
Average Score Distribution reports the score of missions submitted by users. You can use the data to evaluate their performance. If the majority of their scores are below your organization's standard, you may need to determine whether the users have the necessary knowledge to do the tasks. You may have to revise courses related to the missions if needed.
User List shows all users who've received the missions. You can see how long they spend their time on the mission, their scores, and the status of their missions. If they've submitted their missions, you can give a response directly there. Simply click the button to give a response.
If the mission has the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly recurrence type, the users may submit more than one mission. All of their submitted missions will be listed in the User List section along with their recurrence numbers.
For example, if a user has submitted the mission four times, there will be four entries with their name in the list. The entries are separated based on their recurrence numbers: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
