To help users achieve their learning goals, it's important to regularly monitor their learning progress. We understand it can be a challenge when you have many users. The User section in the Dashboard is specifically designed to help you with this. You can find the latest information on the progress of your users effortlessly there. Continue reading to get the most out of the feature.
A. See the overview of your users
In the User section, you can see the overview of your users' progress. Among other things, it shows their completed missions, completed missions, and EXPs they've gained. It's especially helpful if you want to find out which users who've finished courses and missions the most and the least, so you can give rewards and provide assistance accordingly.
B. See a user's detail
You can learn more about the specific details of your users by clicking their names. It'll open the User Details page where you'll find more detailed information about their learning progress.
In this section, you'll see the user's personal information and get a brief look at their learning progress. You can also find their teams if they have one.
The highlighted section gives information about the user's completed courses, completed missions, and their activities on the Social page. You can see the details of their course and mission progress by clicking View Details. There you'll find more detailed information related to their courses and missions, including Completion Rate, Average Learning Duration, and more.
To help you gain more insights into your users' learning behavior, the User Details page also has the following graphs:
- Monthly Sessions = How many days the user sign in to Levio and their total sessions in a month.
- What Time the User Accessed Levio = At what time the user opened Levio in a day.
You can analyze the data provided by the graphs to learn more about your users' learning behavior.
