If you have many users, monitoring and evaluating their activities can be a challenge. To address this issue, we added the Overview section in the Dashboard. It displays a summary of your users' activities on Levio. Continue reading this article to learn how to see the overview of your users' activities.
A. Study the User Activity Graph
When you open the Overview tab in the Dashboard, you'll find a graph that shows the data of your users' activities. There are three data categories in the graph:
- Daily Active Users = Unique users who open the Levio app or the Levio web version in a day
- Users Opened a Course = Unique users who open a course
- Users Opened a Mission = Unique users who open a mission
With the data above, you can monitor and evaluate the activities of your users. The data is especially useful if you want to learn their learning behavior. For example, you can find out on which day of the week your users open a course the most and the least.
The Dashboard has four time categories you can use to filter the data: Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and All Time. After selecting one of the categories, choose the time range. The graph will show the requested data accordingly.
Besides the user activity graph, there's another graph called What Time Users Accessed Levio. You can use it to learn at what time of the day they open Levio the most and the least.
B. Find the detail of your users' activities
In addition to monitoring your users' activities through the graph, you can also find their details on the Overview page. Click to open the User Activity Details page.
On this page, you can see users who've signed in to the Levio app and opened a course and a mission on a certain date. This data gives you a more detailed look at their activities, so you can gain more insights into their learning behavior.
C. See the User Activity Summary
Below the User Activity Graph, you'll find a diagram called User Activity Summary. It shows the following data categories: Signed in to App, Started a Course or Mission, Completed a Course or Mission.
We set 80% as the threshold for every category. If a category is below the threshold, its color will change to red. If that happened, see the sections below to learn how to address issues in each category.
1. Users haven't signed in to Levio
After creating accounts for your users, some users may not open Levio immediately. Some may take a few days and others may take longer. If it takes your users unusually a long time, you can contact them directly to learn what makes them reluctant to open Levio.
You can see which users haven't opened Levio by clicking the View Details button in the Users Haven't Signed in to App section. It'll display a list of users who haven't opened Levio along with their email addresses and phone numbers.
2. Users haven't started anything
If many users haven't started either a course or mission, you may need to evaluate the content of the courses and missions. They may not be interested in the courses or maybe its content isn't relevant to their day-to-day life.
To get more accurate information, we encourage you to create a survey that gathers their feedback. You can use the Custom Form mission or use other survey providers like Google Form and Microsoft Forms. After surveying your users, you can revise your courses and missions based on their feedback.
3. Users haven't completed a course or mission
Sometimes users may not finish the courses or missions they've started. To help you evaluate the courses and missions, we suggest you check their performance on the Courses and Missions sections on the Dashboard. You can see the data related to all courses and missions you've created there. Use the data to evaluate the quality of your courses and missions.
As always, asking your users directly can help you determine the root of the problems more accurately.
